What will you need to start your BuddyPro journey?

Before you get started, make sure you have the following ready:

Essential accounts and tools​

  • ✅ A valid BuddyPro license: without it, your unique AI instance cannot be activated.
  • Download Telegram on your computer and mobile phone from telegram.org and create an account (or sign in if you already have one).
  • ☁️ Google Drive account: This is where you will upload and manage all your expert know-how. A standard free Google account will suffice if you don't have large amounts of data, or any paid Google Workspace plan.

Your expert know-how​

📚 Start collecting the materials you want to teach your AI expert. This can be:

  • Texts of your books, e-books, articles.
  • Transcripts of your online courses, webinars, podcasts, lectures.
  • Audio (MP3) or video (MP4) recordings.
  • Links to relevant content on your website or on platforms like YouTube/Vimeo.
  • Internal manuals, procedures, FAQs.

The better and more comprehensive the materials you provide, the smarter and more useful your AI expert will be.

Mindset and preparation​

  • 💡 An open mind and an appetite for discovery: You're entering a world of AI that is rapidly evolving. Be ready to learn new things, experiment and adapt.
  • ⏳ Patience and time for "deep work". Set aside time in your calendar to prepare materials, set up System Prompt, and test afterwards. As David Kirsh said, "It's like investing in building a digital colleague that will then serve you for years."
