Under the hood of BuddyPro: How your AI expert thinks and acts

To fully understand the potential, let's take a brief look at how your AI expert is "built".

2.1 The unique BuddyPro "brain": three interconnected pillars of intelligence​

Pillar 1: Knowledge core (your expert know-how)​

BuddyPro takes your uploaded materials (texts, PDFs, video and audio transcripts, content from websites) and carefully structures them. It creates its own "mind maps" and models of your know-how.

A key part of this core is the automatic generation of dozens to hundreds of specialized expert sub-roles (e.g. "Email Marketing Specialist", "Confidence Building Coach"). These allow the AI to apply your methods to specific user queries in a very precise and contextual way.

Benefit for the client: they receive highly relevant and specific advice because the AI "knows" which part of your know-how to use at any given moment.

Pillar 2: Advanced memory system (AI that doesn't forget) πŸ’Ύβ€‹

  • Short-term memory: like humans, AI remembers the immediate context of the current conversation (typically the last few dozen messages). This ensures the fluency of the dialogue.
  • Long-term memory (a unique and key feature of BuddyPro): your AI expert stores important information and "memories" from the entire history of interactions with each individual user. With each new message, it actively searches this memory and recalls relevant context from past conversations, even if they took place weeks or months ago.

Client benefit: The client doesn't have to keep repeating themselves. The AI can follow up on previously addressed topics, ask about progress, and provide truly continuous support. It's like having a personal assistant who remembers every conversation you have.

Pillar 3: Sophisticated relationship layer (AI that understands and builds rapport) πŸ€β€‹

Based on interactions, BuddyPro builds and continuously refines an individual profile for each user. This profile contains key information about the client's personality, preferences, goals, values, current life situation and the topics they are addressing.

AI can use this information to tailor its responses and overall approach to each person's unique needs.

Benefit to the client: they feel understood and perceive that the AI is communicating in a way that works for them. This leads to building trust and a deeper, more personal relationship.

2.2 The role hierarchy of your AI instance​

  • Core identity and personality (defined by you in System Prompt): this is the "heart" of your AI expert. You define his or her core character, values, communication style, core mission, and boundaries. It is the highest level of instruction available to the AI in every interaction. (See Part C, Section 12 for more information).
  • Expert sub-roles (automatically generated from your know-how): once you upload your knowledge materials, BuddyPro analyzes them and creates a set of specialized "expert sub-roles" (e.g., "Sales Page Builder," "Time-Management Consultant," "Meditation Guide"). For each role, it generates a detailed description of its competencies and methods, based on your content. During a conversation, the AI dynamically switches between these sub-roles based on the topic at hand to provide the most relevant and informed response. (See Part C, section 11 for more information).

2.3 Communication Platform: Telegram – simplicity, security and accessibility​

Your AI expert currently "lives" and communicates with users via Telegram.

Why Telegram?

  • Familiar environment: Many people already use Telegram, so they don't have to learn a new app.
  • Multiplatform: It works on all major devices - PCs (Windows, Mac, Linux), mobile phones (iOS, Android) and via web browser.
  • Natural communication: allows simple text and voice conversation.
  • Security and Privacy: offers strong encryption and data protection.

In the future, we plan to expand BuddyPro to other platforms (web interface, integration into member sections, etc.) to make your AI expert available wherever your clients are.

2.4 Security of your know-how and privacy of your clients​

We understand that you trust the platform with your valuable know-how and your clients with their personal information. Security and privacy are absolutely key to us.

Your uploaded know-how​

  • It is stored in your secure Google Drive account, which BuddyPro can only access in a folder explicitly shared by you.
  • The processed information (vector embeddings) is stored in a secure database.
  • Your know-how is not used to train any generic third-party AI models.

Your clients' conversations​

  • All communication between the user and your AI instance is encrypted.
  • Absolutely no one has access to the content of these private conversations - neither you as the creator and owner of the AI instance, nor any member of the BuddyPro team. It's technically secured.
  • The data from the conversations is never used to train general AI models of large companies (e.g. OpenAI, Google, Anthropic). We only work with AI technology providers who contractually guarantee this.

Shared user profile (how it works and why it is secure)​

The BuddyPro platform uses the concept of a shared user profile. If your client has previously interacted with another AI instance on the BuddyPro platform (e.g., a universal Buddy.fm or another creator's AI expert), your instance can draw basic contextual information about that user (e.g., their name, the main topics they address, their preferred communication style) when they first interact.

The main benefit for the user and for you: it significantly speeds up and improves the quality of the first contact. The user doesn't have to go through a lengthy introduction and explanation of the basics to each new AI instance. Your AI can then provide more relevant and personalized support immediately, saving time and AI credits. It's like going to a new specialist who has already received basic information about your medical history from a colleague.

The security of a shared profile: This profile is strictly anonymized and encrypted. Again, no individual has access to its contents. It is solely for the purpose of enabling AI on the BuddyPro platform to serve users better and more efficiently. The content of specific conversations with one AI instance is never shared with another AI instance or its creator.

Transparency: When a user first interacts with a new AI instance that utilizes information from a shared profile, they are transparently informed of this fact.
