Pillar 1: Knowledge Core (your expert know-how)
- BuddyPro takes your uploaded materials (texts, PDFs, video and audio transcripts, website content) and carefully structures them. It creates its own "mind maps" and models of your know-how.
- A key part of this core is the automatic generation of dozens to hundreds of specialized expert subroles (e.g., "Email Marketing Specialist", "Confidence Building Coach"). Thanks to these, AI can apply your methods very precisely and contextually to specific user queries.
- Benefit to the client: They receive highly relevant and specific advice because the AI "knows" which part of your know-how to use at any given moment.
Pillar 2: Advanced Memory System (AI that doesn't forget)
- Short-term memory: Like a human, AI remembers the immediate context of the current conversation (typically several dozen recent messages). This ensures conversational fluidity.
- Long-term memory (unique and key BuddyPro feature): Your AI expert stores important information and "memories" from the entire history of interactions with each individual user. With each new message, it actively searches this memory and recalls relevant context from past conversations, even if they occurred weeks or months ago.
- Benefit to the client: The client doesn't have to constantly repeat themselves. AI can build on previously discussed topics, ask about progress, and provide truly continuous support. It's like having a personal assistant who remembers every conversation.
Pillar 3: Sophisticated Relationship Layer (AI that understands and builds relationships)
- Based on interactions, BuddyPro creates and continuously refines an individual profile for each user. This profile contains key information about the client's personality, preferences, goals, values, current life situation, and topics they're dealing with.

Role Hierarchy of Your AI Instance: From Basic Persona to Expert Specializations
- Main Identity and Personality (defined by you in System Prompt): This is the "heart" of your AI expert. You determine its basic character, values, communication style, main mission, and boundaries of operation. It's the highest level of instructions the AI has available for each interaction. (More in Part C, point 12).
- Expert Subroles (automatically generated from your know-how): Once you upload your knowledge materials, BuddyPro analyzes them and creates a set of specialized "expert subroles" (e.g., "Sales Page Creator", "Time-Management Advisor", "Meditation Guide"). For each role, it generates a detailed description of its competencies and methods, based on your content. During conversation, AI dynamically switches between these subroles according to the current topic to provide the most relevant and well-founded response. (More in Part C, point 11).
Communication Platform: Telegram -- Simplicity, Security, and Accessibility

- Familiar environment: Many people already use Telegram, so they don't need to learn a new app.
- Multi-platform: Works on all major devices -- computers (Windows, Mac, Linux), mobile phones (iOS, Android), and via web browser.

- Security and Privacy: Offers strong encryption and data protection.
In the future, we plan to expand BuddyPro to other platforms (web interface, integration into membership areas, etc.) so your AI expert is available wherever your clients are.
Security of Your Know-How and Your Clients' Privacy: Our Highest Priority
We understand you're entrusting the platform with your valuable know-how and your clients with their personal information. Security and privacy protection are absolutely critical to us.
Your uploaded know-how
- Is stored on your secure Google Drive account, which BuddyPro can only access in the folder you explicitly shared.
- Processed information (vector embeddings) is stored in a secure database.
- Your know-how is not used to train any general AI models of third parties.
Your clients' conversations
- All communication between the user and your AI instance is encrypted.
- Absolutely no one has access to the content of these private conversations -- neither you as the creator and owner of the AI instance, nor any member of the BuddyPro team. This is technically ensured.
- Conversation data is never used to train general AI models of large companies (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Anthropic). We only work with AI technology providers who contractually guarantee this.
Shared User Profile (how it works and why it's secure)
- The BuddyPro platform uses the concept of a shared user profile. If your client has previously communicated with another AI instance on the BuddyPro platform (e.g., with the universal Buddy.fm or another creator's AI expert), your instance can draw on basic contextual information about this user during the first interaction (e.g., their name, main topics they're dealing with, preferred communication style).
- Main benefit for users and you: It significantly speeds up and improves the quality of first contact. The user doesn't have to tediously introduce themselves and explain the basics to each new AI instance. Your AI can immediately provide more relevant and personalized support, saving time and AI credits. It's like when you come to a new specialist who has already received basic information about your medical history from their colleague.
- Shared profile security: This profile is strictly anonymized and encrypted. No physical person has access to its content. It serves solely to help AI on the BuddyPro platform serve users better and more efficiently. The content of specific conversations with one AI instance is never shared with another AI instance or its creator.
- Transparency: When a user first contacts a new AI instance that uses information from the shared profile, they are transparently notified of this fact.
