Troubleshooting
Buddy not responding
Possible causes:
- Owner ran
/disableUseror user ran/stop - New subscription not activated yet
Check the subscription:
/getInfoAboutUser:sub_xxx
/getInfoAboutUser responses
| Response | Meaning | Action |

| Full user info | Subscription active | Normal state |
| "Not activated yet" | Never clicked activation link | Send activation link to user |
| "No longer active" + userId | Disabled via /disableUser or cancelled | Cannot reactivate, create new order |
| "User not found" | No record | Check: wrong ID? Missing product metadata? Disabled before activation? |

If the subscription is active (Billing state = paid) ask the user for a screenshot of the conversation and forward to BuddyPro support@buddypro.ai
Subscription renewed but never activated
Buddy sends this error to owner: ERROR REPORT: Stripe invoice... can't be linked to any user
Check the subscription:
/getInfoAboutUser:sub_xxx
If shows "not activated yet" — resend activation link to user.
