Whether you're a tech wiz or just getting acquainted with the technology, our goal is to make this journey as easy and beneficial for you as possible.

Did you know that your BuddyPro instance can proactively guide you through the entire setup? Once you've set up your BuddyPro instance, as its admin, you can naturally talk to it about its custom setup and ask it any questions you have.
We recommend going through the documentation or asking your BuddyPro before taking each new step.
Every major page in the Dashboard has a documentation button (?) that opens a help panel with relevant guidance right inside the app. Use it whenever you need quick context without leaving the Dashboard.
Dashboard vs. Telegram: Where Do I Do What?
BuddyPro uses both the Dashboard (web application) and Telegram (chat with your AI instance) for management. Here's a quick overview:

As new features are added to the Dashboard, more actions will move from Telegram to the web interface. This documentation covers both — each section clearly indicates where each action is performed.

🟧 B: The Birth of Your AI Expert — Step by Step
The more technical but still very manageable part of the journey! This is where you create your unique AI Expert together with BuddyPro. The process involves several key steps that you will only do once for each of your BuddyPro instances:
- 🔑 Activate your license and create a Telegram bot — Create a special Telegram bot that will be the face of your AI Expert. Enter your license key, connect it to the newly created Telegram bot, and activate your unique AI instance by sending the
/setupcommand in Telegram. - 📁 Connect Google Drive — Connect your Google Drive to your Buddy. A special folder will be created where you'll upload all the documents and materials to train your AI.
Within the sources folder on Google Drive, it is not possible to create custom subfolders. Any additional directories outside the prescribed structure may disrupt the proper functioning of your BuddyPro instance. For better organization, we recommend working only with clear file naming conventions (e.g., CourseName_Module_Lesson.mp4).
🟨 C: Training Your AI Expert — Filling It with Knowledge and Personality
The heart of the process! Now that the technical foundation is in place, here comes the most creative and crucial phase: teaching your AI your unique know-how and imbuing it with personality.
👉 More doesn't always mean better. A smaller amount of well-structured Know-How is the ideal first step. You can always add more later. Gradual uploading gives you better control over costs.
